FULL guide for High Sierra 10.13.6 on i7-8086k n Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 5

Hey folks ! It took me a bit of time to gather all howto's in order to fully have my Hackintosh working like I want it! Lots of docs out there, but none I found "straight to the point!". So, I documented it all for myself to redo if I need, but to share mostly!

My setup:

CPU: i7-8086k
MB: Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 5
GPU: using onboard intel GPU

My setup includes everything: network, sound, hdmi audio, facetime howto link etc. with proper screenshots and all. Your welcome

I'm so glad I found your How-to-guide buried in the High Sierra installation part of the forum.
It's one of the best I've found on this site! Thank you!

I'm using the same motherboard. But I have 2 questions:

1) What BIOS version did you have when you did this guide (I got F7 to work, F13 did not)? And what BIOS version are you on now (the same, or did you update)?
2) Did you end up having any USB port issues you had to fix?
