Just bought the computer attached for £30. Wanted a project to play around with.

I've already built one hackintosh.

Will this machine hackintosh?

Hello,

I built a Hackintosh using similar HW ( Fujitsu P420 E85+ ).
Pay attention to :
a) CPU ( if it has integrated graphics such as HD 4600 you may not need a dedicated PCIE compatible video card )
b) Audio : ALC 671 ( layout-id 12 or 15 )
c) LAN : Gbit Realtek 8111

I tested it using macOS Mojave ( 10.14.6 ) & Catalina ( 10.15.6 ) and Unibeast / Multibeast method.

Hi. I have an E420 and have tried OpenCore and Clover walkthroughs for Catalina, and can't get to the installer with either. Any chance you could share your folders or settings for either? Two days in and snowblind now! Thanks.
