Fried onboard Sound

Hi guys.

Due to a lack of energy my mobo fried its onboard sound.

Do i need to buy a new Mobo or just a offline sound card?

Huh? What you wrote doesn't make a whole lot of sense.
If energy means power/electricity then a lack if it couldn't damage the audio part.
It's possible that some part of the audio components were damaged by a surge/static electricity, but not due to too little power.
If everything else works fine, then yes, all you'd have to do is find a suitable replacement of some kind, most likely a USB sound card.
