fresh osx install, few questions

this will be my 2nd hackintosh osx install, Basically im kinda confused on the part where i have to re add my video card after i install osx , because right now im not able to get to desktop with my gtx 650 ti.

Im on 10.8 ML Clover on z77 ds3h board, i5 3570k oc 4.2ghz, 8gb ram
On my hd that i reinstalled over I have Clover 1717 Rev.
On my Usb stick with Clover and mac OSx My clover rev is 1778.
I would go on osx86.net and read my posts from the guy who helped me but i cant access the site on my hackintosh only on my phone witch is weird.

yeah ive tried that, I havnt erased the drive and actually reinstalled yet, i jus reinstalled over it self maybe thats the problem combined with i have 2 different rev of clover on the drive? i wanna reinstall anyways jus wanna make sure i have all kexts drivers, fake smc ecct but i think all i need for my setup is fake smc.
I also need to figure out why im not able to boot with my GTX 650 TI .ie right now im using onboard hd4000

although my about this mac says im using Imac12,2 System Def.

yes my clover side of usb is fat32

I'm not sure why building a fat32 usb boot drive has become a pain in the butt but try this utility, it'd works fine.

WHen I erase my drive and format it with Disk Utility , I use Mac OSx Ext. Journled ect. and GUID or MBR?
