Freezing after some time of using or Heavy App's.

I have no idea what Sublime/clam are. My suggestion would be to do a fresh install and add things slowly, so that if something causes a problem you know what it is.

I'm web developer i use Sublime editor to code and calm is antivirus app. Ok i will do fresh install and will bother you after doing basic steps like patches, kext, SSDT and DSDT.

As far as something that might slow down your computer at startup, leak memory, and cause random crashes, nothing fits the description better than anti-virus software.

I stopped using mac after facing hang and processing issues because i was't able to work on my projects because of hanging issue.
when i saw your post #12 then i thought may be i am missing some patches like
"6-series USB"
"SMBUS Fix"
"RTC Fix"
"HPET Fix"
"OS Check Fix"
"Fix _WAK Arg0 v2"
"Fix PNOT/PPNT"

i saw usb_7-series.txt its say its for HM 76 boards. this is my system board but i never installed this patch i don't know if i need it or any other mentioned above.
Anyway i am gonna do fresh install will update you here soon.

"7-series USB" helps if you have one or both of the following situations:
- warnings about not enough current when you plug devices in
- instant wake after attempting sleep

Quick question!
I reinstalled mavericks. After installing required drives from multiBeast, i am at SSDT step. i just patched mach_kernel now booting with -xcpm GeneratePStates, CStates are Yes, i noticed in HMMonitor and DPCIManager PStates are working fine without any SSDT.
Here is DPCIManager result:

i am using AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext from MultiBeast 6.2.1

I think -xcpm pretty much ignores much of the SSDT data. But you still need it to load x86PlatformPlugin which tends to tweak it a bit (I think) and implements IGPU power management.

Mavericks installation using uniBeast.
bootflags used while installing, -x GraphicsEnabler=No PCIRootUID=1.
DSDTFree installation from MultiBeast USB3.0 selected (without it my laptop don't detect any usb drive).
SMBios is MacBook Air 5,2.
Power Management working using patched mach_kernel, -xcpm hack (P States: 8, 14, 17, 20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 28, 29).
SSDT created using ProBook Installer.
DSDT patches & kexts:
graphics_HD4K_low.txt, graphics_PNLF_ivy_sandy.txt, patched AppleHDA & audio_HDEF-layout12.txt, system_IRQ.txt, ACPIBacklight.kext, ACPIBatteryManager.kext

Ok Fresh installation working perfectly fine yet. i am gonna start installing apps required for my work, if system hangs i will let you know. i just created a copy of IOReg before installing any app.
How do i know if i need more patches for my system?
