Also, I Have AptioMemoryFix.EFI Which is supposed to replace the drivers for the nvram

There are still many possible causes.

Check your Apple ID for devices that are incorrect.
Check that your serial number is correct and not in use by someone else.
Clear your network settings.
I fall else fails then phone Apple and ask them to unblock your account.

I mean that you should log in to your Apple ID and check that any devices that are attached to your account are valid and if they are not then you should remove them.

Your choice.
If you create a new ID and your current device is attached to your current ID then that may cause future problems.

I removed it from the account and signed out from all the services

I tried everything... even a new account didn't work... I deleted everything in caches & preferences... did again the whole smbios and still the same message.
