Evidently not.
There are no files in ACPI/patched in the EFI/Clover you attached in post #994.

Further discussion here regarding CPU PM is off-topic.
 
Thanks very much. I have full QE/CI with my HD4600. But I have new problem:
Previously VGA worked normally, But after get full QE/Ci, VGA port not working.
Please help me fix it.

VGA is not supported. Use HDMI or DP.
 
Hello RehabMan. Thank you for your work and tutorials. Now I have installed 10.12.4 (with IntelGFX=0x04128086). I does not use DSDT. FakePCIID.kext and FakePCIID_Intel_HD_Graphics.kext installed. But I can not get graphics to work.

IntelGFX=0x04128086 and ig-platform-id=0x0a260006 - stuck at busy timeout,kexted wait“IGPU"
IntelGFX=0x04128086 and ig-platform-id=0x0a16000c- stuck at busy timeout,kexted wait“IGPU"
IntelGFX=0x04128086 and ig-platform-id=0x0a160000 - stuck at busy timeout,kexted wait“IGPU"
SMBIOS Mac Pro/Mac mini/Macbook Air/Macbook Pro did not help.

other IntelGFX=0x04128086 and ig-platform-id=0x12345678 - system boots normaly. About Mac shows Intel HD Graphics 4400 4MB .
Do I need to try another ig-platform-id? Or may be something else?

Your ioreg is corrupt... wrong version of IORegistryExplorer used.
Read "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully.

Your computer is missing the Intel MEI controller (hardware/BIOS flash/MEI firmware issue).
It is required for macOS/OS X.
