[FIX] HD4200/HD4400/HD4600/HD5600 on 10.11+

Which is the B1B2? I really appreciate your work Rehabman, but english is not my native language and I don't understand the half you mention :S

How should I rename the origin .dsls? How should I use patchmatic with my files? apply the large list of patchs only to DSDT.dsl and what for the others?

Thank you again!

Ok, I've downloaded patchmatic, now I can use -extract to copy my origin dsls to the folder I choose, isn't? the problem is I have no idea about what patches use for dsdt and what for the other files, like I said before, the guide for my laptop is confusing at this point... I'm only a few patches ago for complete working system please help me RehabMan

It might have happened if you (incorrectly) applied the battery patch to files other than DSDT.

Extraction is done with Clover F4.
Using patchmatic for automated patching of ACPI is something for advanced users that understand shell script programming (bash).

Thank you Rehabman, obvious that I'm not an advanced user hehe, I follow another guide and now have 1536 of vram, and now I have control of the brightness (I suppose ci/qe is working) YEAHHH, but I still have problems with the podxt sound card and the hdmi, if I connect my asus external screen the system crashes :banghead:

Both audio and HDMI audio are covered in the FAQ.
http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.html

Often times, you must implement HDMI audio fully for HDMI hotplug to work...

Do you mean audio have to pass throw hdmi and this disable the sound in the laptop?

HDMI audio is a feature that requires special injections, patches, etc. It does not imply disabling onboard audio.
Often times you need working HDMI audio for HDMI video hotplug.
The guide is linked from the FAQ.

Hi dear RehabMan and everybody!!
Good news!
Today user vit9696 released a new anti-freeze solution Safari for hd4400 hd4600. For this you need to download two kexts.
https://sourceforge.net/projects/intelgraphicsfixup/
https://github.com/vit9696/Lilu/releases

But that's not all good news he also solved the problem with broken trailers and videos in itunes. For this you just download this kext
https://github.com/vit9696/Shiki/releases

all the kexts I downloaded in the folder /Volumes/EFI/EFI/CLOVER/kexts/10.12/
for mavericks this /Volumes/EFI/EFI/CLOVER/kexts/10.9
Im tested on Mavericks 10.9.5 and Sierra 10.12.3 its work for me, vit9696 suggests that this solution help absolutely everyone!!

ps RehabMan This patch works with VoodooHDA.kext

I added a link to your post from the 10.12 thread, since this issue is specific to 10.12.x only...
