[FIX] HD4200/HD4400/HD4600/HD5600 on 10.11+

Dear RehabMan help me figure out where the problem is. I can not start the Intel Mobile 4600. The second week I can not understand where I make a mistake. Apologies for the translation.

please help to solve the problem of hanging in MacOS Sierra to view web pages in Safari on hd4600m.
Just go to http://twitch.tv and as soon as the video starts the computer tightly hangs, helps only Reset.
I did an experiment, I loaded the MacOS without these kexts
FakePCIID_Intel_HD_Graphics.kekt
FakePCIID_Intel_HDMI_Audio.kext
FakePCIID.kext
interface macos much lag and no visual effects, but the video on twitch plays fine, the computer does not hang.
I think only you can solve this problem. I very hope on your help.

No 100% fix for that currently.

Replace: 31C04889 8568FFFFFFE9A8000000
Name: AppleIntelHD5000Graphics

its work for me, Camera work after sleep and Safari don't hang
