Your ioreg shows you're using an invalid ig-platform-id. 0x0a260008 is not valid. You're getting the expected result (disabled graphics drivers).

SSDT-DiscreteSpoof.aml will be ineffective due to _DSM->XDSM patch being disabled in config.plist.

There is no Intel MEI on the PCIe bus. It is required by macOS/OS X.
Your system will eventually boot (it will take a while), but only CI will be working... QE will not work without IMEI.
