Fix for OpenCL crash with GK110B based cards

I can confirm problem-old now again with El Capitan crash 10.11.5 OpenCL with NV Webdiver. Solution soon, I hope so

I have the same problem with El Capitan 10.11.5 OpenCL crash NV Webdriver. anyone! have solution to fix that. or I will wait for next NV Webdriver?

@riverini I have your same problem with Illustrator with the same kind of crash, did you find any solution, I am getting crazy Illustrator crash tons of times with GPU enabled (nvidia asus strix gtx 970, smbios mac pro 5.1).

I also patched the opencl in my Yosemite installation (10.10.5) thanks to @hyangyt hex value, now all the Opencl are disabled but Adobe Illustrator still crash.
