Im new in the hackintosh world, and I dont know how to use this files...

I've been looking for a fix for this for a long time, I can confirm it also works on my MSI MPG Z390M Gaming Edge AC running macOS 10.15 Beta on the latest BIOS version. Thanks for sharing!
How/what method did you use to install? Is everything working (minus Wifi/BT)?

I've put the patch into a file that you can merge into you config.plist using plistbuddy. After unzipping the file the command in Terminal would look something like this:

Bash:
/usr/libexec/PlistBuddy -c "Merge ACPI_Patch :ACPI:DSDT:" /Volumes/EFI/EFI/CLOVER/config.plist
Can you explain to me how you did it?

This worked for me using an Asus TUF Z390M-PRO Gaming mobo with BIOS version 2417. Thanks!
