Hello,

Having never built a computer before i am wondering if this is too big
of a risk, I am considering building a hackintosh considering
the advantages of having powerful hardware along with access to multiple macos

here are a list of some things i hope to be able to do/use

Unreal engine(this heats up my mbp)
Kerbal space program(heats up mbp)
Video editing without heating up and rendering
Connect to a projector
Connect to play drone simulator games by connecting controller
Connect to a big tv without heating up with HDMI
Have bluetooth
Triple boot for linux, mac, and windows if possible

My budget i want to ideally keep around 400-500 but can go up to 600
what should i know before venturing on this

for 400-600 you wont be able to get a proper gaming machine
2 weeks ago i bought

MB ASRock B250M Bazooka
CPU Core i5 7500
RAM 8GB DDR4
SSD Crucial CT250MX500SSD1(Z) MX500 SSD
HDD 1TB 7200 RPM
DVD LG
Itek Case Replay2.0with PSU 500W
Wifi BCM943602CS
VGA GigaByte nVidia1050 2 GB

for around 700 EUR

and this would not be sufficient for a serious triple boot machine...
you need more money

Damn, is it not possible to have 1 ssd and 1 hd of tb for example and partiton the 1tb hd into 2 500gb for linux and windows

it is possible but you do not want to boot windows from a HDD today...
if you do it that way, first install windows, then linux then mac os

I run 3 permanent OS installations from a single 500GB SSD, sometimes more. With modern UEFI firmware it makes no difference where they are installed (its designed for booting different operating systems from one or more drives unlike BIOS). Your parts list looks comparable to mine (though different generations), and will easily outperform a consumer/entry-level laptop for every possible task apart from carrying it around with you.
