Hi,
i am new to this forum and do some first researches about Hackintosh's. So please be kind in case i ask stupid things.
Motivation: I really work alot with people who use mac OS, since i am studying design and also many of the future working places do.
But the main Point is, that i probably want to buy a macbook, but still want to keep an desktop-PC as i am really used to have one that i can configure myself.
I do work with After Effects and stuff like that what is really not working well on a Laptop. Since i want to remain compatibility between laptop and desktop and there is a reason to befriend myself with macOS it would be nice to install macOS on my existing hardware.
Components:
CPU:Intel Core i5-2500K
-->cooling: Scythe Mugen 3
Mainboard: Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 Rev. 1.0, Z68
Ram: 2x TeamGroup Elite DIMM Kit 8GB PC3-10667U CL9-9-9-24 (DDR3-1333) = 16Gb
HDD/SSD: Crucial m4 SSD 128GB, 2.5", SATA 6Gb/s
2x Western Digital Caviar Green 2000GB
Power-supply: be quiet! Straight Power E8 450W ATX 2.3
case: Fractal Design Define R3 USB 3.0 black
DVD: Sony Optiarc AD-7280S schwarz, SATA, bulk
GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 560 OC
I would even change something (if it is not too much) to make it maybe compatible.
So i think first i have to know what chances i have...
Thank you alot
