Ok, so I am going to be building my first havkintosh soon, however I don't really have that much money, so I decided to build a REALLY budget hackintosh, then upgrade it as I go along. I am following a build by HackintosherHD on YouTube (link to the vid) I am going to use all of the recommended parts except the case and maybe the processor. Here is the build:
Case with PSU:
Logisys CS301BK Mid Tower Computer Case with 480W PSU Black

Motherboard (I couldn't find a DSDT, is there not one?):
Gigabyte LGA 1155 DDR3 1333 Intel H61 HDMI Micro ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS GA-H61M-HD2

Processor:
Intel Celeron G1610 2.60GHz LGA 1155 Processor BX80637G1610
or
Intel Core i3-3220 Dual-Core Processor 3.3 Ghz 3 MB Cache LGA 1155 - BX80637i33220

RAM (1 stick for now):
Kingston Technology HyperX Blu 4GB 1333MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL9 DIMM KHX1333C9D3B1/4G

Graphics Card (one day I will upgrade to something better):
EVGA GeForce 210 Passive 1024 MB DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 DVI/HDMI/VGA Graphics Card, 01G-P3-1313-KR

Hard Drive:
Western Digital Caviar Blue 500 GB SATA III 7200 RPM 16 MB Cache Bulk/OEM Desktop Hard Drive - WD5000AAKX

I don't really want to buy the parts until I can confirm these parts can be fully used with OS10, so any comment are appreciated!

If you go with the i3-3225, you won't need the GT210. It has the HD4000 integrated graphics.

I watched the video that you linked to and it reminded me of this thread : http://www.tonymacx86.com/user-builds/43721-295-povomac-cheapest-hackintosh-ever.html

Another similar build : http://www.tonymacx86.com/user-buil...h61m-ds2-rev-2-2-g530-geforce-210-8gb-1t.html

As you know from the video it is possible to use these components and to create a Hackintosh. If you went for the i3 3225 processor then you would not need the GT210 card.

Simple builds like these are perfectly fine for using OSX, as long as you bear in mind that they will not edit video, play games or do music composition all that well, but that is not why people build these machines.
Do you have access to the App Store to get Mountain Lion or are you going to be using the iBoot for Ivy Bridge method with a retail copy of Snow Leopard to get Mountain Lion?

I am going to have to get snow leopard and then upgrade to Mountain Lion. Unfortunately, I may have to get the Celeron (along with a graphics card) and then later upgrade to something like the Core i3 (or better) as I am only 14 and money doesn't come along that often.

Also, do you know where I can find the DSDT. For the Motherboard? I have looked on the DSDT database and I haven't seen it, though I may not have been looking in the right place.

Nothing wrong with the G1610 processor - I almost bought one, but was lucky as I saw the G2020 for very little difference in price.

You do not need a DSDT to get this board up and running as it now has the newer UEFI bios.
