I am looking to purchase this components to create my first hackintosh.

Do you they are compatible with snow leopard?

• Motherboard : Gigabyte GA-H55M-UD2H

• CPU : Intel Core™ i3 540

• RAM : Corsair XMS3 2 x 2 Go DDR3 PC12800 CAS 9

• Graphics : Sapphire Radeon™ HD 5670 512 Mo

• HDD : Western Digital Caviar Blue SATA Revision 3.0 - 500 Go - 16 Mo

• Optical : Samsung SH-S223C - OEM, noir

• Case : Advance Mars 8816B

I can say for sure that the H55M-UD2H is a great motherboard.
For the video card I'd suggest a ATI Vapor X HD5770
RAM Corsair OK, better if 8GB dual channel
Western Digital, better the Caviar Black ones
DVD reader/writer better a Sonyy Optiarc 7260
CPU, better a i5 or i7

And don't forget buying a Snow Leopard retail DVD
