First Build

I was looking at a build with the following hardware and wondering what if any things would not be working on Yosemite. HDMI audio only? Parts are listed below.

MoBo: Gigabyte GA-Z97-D3H http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00K2RQDLQ/?tag=pcpapi-20
CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1230V3 http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00D697PEG/?tag=pcpapi-20
GPU: EVGA GTX 760 2 GB http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00DHW4HXY/?tag=pcpapi-20
RAM: 2133 (going to underclock to 1600) MHz.


Also, is the higher speed RAM necessary? I've heard it is better to be safe and get it and run it under spec.

Also, I might go for the GTX 770 2 GB GPU but it'll be about $80 more.

Also, am thinking about adding a QHD display.. Would this be a problem?
