I was wondering if this custom Mac Pro build of mine will work? It's almost complete clone of the one posted on the main page, exception being the video card. They are both GTX 560, just slightly different model numbers (Cuda cores). Will it still work?

It will be powered also by a 730W PSU. I'm not new to building computers (been doing so for years) hackintosh's on the other hand.... no success (yet).

Let me know!

Thanks!

It looks good, I would choose a GTX 560 Ti instead of the base one.

It will, no problem.

Well, i'm up and running, but with a crutch (USB drive)

I followed the guide for MultiBeast with Mountain Lion and have it successfully installed and working, just can't boot it without the USB drive. I have in my mobo UEFI settings set to the P:M Drive (Legacy option) and when I boot I get some weird 6 lines or so of error, repeated twice.

GPT Test
GPT Test
Boot Failed

Or something like that. Not too sure where I can go from here to fix it. Anyone have any advice?
