First Build --- Tell Me what You think

My first build...I know there's a lot of us right now, please bear with us

Some of these components are from the CustoMac guide, but a few are thrown in. Am I missing anything, are there superior componentes for less money, am I crazy?. Also, if I later want to SLI another GTX 580, what power supply should I get? Any known problems with the GTX 580 in Mountain Lion other than games in Wine? I also heard about a guide for doing RAID 0 with SSDs but I haven't been able to find it; if some one could point me to that it would be awesome.

Are you planning on running Windows, or just Mac? Also, what will be the main purpose for this machine?

Windows is secondary, I may use it, I may not. Most important is that I'm using the machine to do 3d modeling/rendering in blender. I also use Xcode a lot.
