First build: Optiplex 9020 SFF or 7010 SFF?

Building my first Hackintosh and I need some advice. I have access to two machines from a local university surplus shop. Are either of these a good deal? I'm on a very tight budget. Is one easier to set up than the other? The most intense use it will see is some video editing. Thanks!

Dell Optiplex 9020 SFF ($150)
i5-4750 3.20GHz
4 GB Ram
240 GB SSD

Dell Optiplex 7010 SFF ($100)
i5-3570 3.40GHz
4 GB Ram
480 GB 7200 RPM HD

The 7010 is the easier to hackintosh of the two. You will need a compatible graphics card and more ram for either system to use it for video editing so consider that cost when budgeting for the build.

I have a 7010 myself that i got from my University surplus as well. I don't game nor do anything with video/audio so i got a GT 710 which works OOB (i am using system definitons 14.2). I am still running with a 4GB memory stick but i did upgrade to an SSD. Very nice little system, audio works (install Voodoo) and even sleep works without issues. I have not gotten my USB3 ports to work at USB3 speed but they work fine as USB2.

Did you end up getting either of these? I picked up one of each from DePaul. I got the 9020 mostly working except the sound.
