dear all,

after some reboot, my Firewire port is not anymore recognized.
It worked many years correctly until the electricity stopped suddenly in my room.
Is there someone here who could help me please?

Thanks in advance,

F

First try a CMOS reset.

Ok, thanks. I already did this. Full cold reset, power cable off more than 10 minutes.

How do you do this?
I should in addition remove the battery?

Hello, I did this... It didn't change anything

Good Evening/Morning"?" Pilgrim,

well still massive difficult to boot.
I checked the links you gave me.
One of them says to get the new Iboot version. But which one as there are many of them on the mentioned links.
It seems to be also possible with Multibeast... I am little bit lost... :(

I checked the links you gave me.
You are mistaken, I did not provide you with links (other than to the forum Search tool).
If your problem is with the Firewire card perhaps you should remove it and see how the system performs without it.
