Finally new build.

After giving the old computer away. Its finally time to build a new image/film editing machine. I have been looking and looking on this site and other sites as well. So, I have finally decided on a build that will suit my needs. Here is the parts I have chosen.

Antec 300 Gaming case
Antec 550W Continuous Power
Sony Optibaric DVD player
ATi Radeon HD 5770
Gigabyte H55M-UD2H
Intel XEON X3440
Corsair RAM 4 X 4GB
Varies 500 GB HDD

Having an issue with the machine waking from sleep and sometimes Restart and Shutdown. Also, is getting HDMI to work on a ATi Radeon HD 5770 difficult? Or I should say what are the steps?

just DSDT and chameleon chimera Standalone Installer i have xfx hd 5770 i never install any ati driver .

Hacman, thanks for taking a look at my post.
The process of the DSDT, I can download that I am guessing from this site. Chimera installer, what is that for? Hate to sound lame but, I don't know.

Get DSDT from here to match your Bios
dsdt.php

Run Multibeast with System Utilities checked off, Chimera checked off, and what ever boot screen either 32-bit or 64-bit.

eelhead, what your saying makes sense.
If I use a 32 bit vs. a 64 bit boot screen will it affect the systems ability to use more then 4 gigs of RAM?

32-bit is only setting a upper memory limit in kernel
I say choose either because I do not know what people will be running at.
