How to delete FCPX permanently?

I have FCPX crashing while starting.
I created new OS user. And FCPX starts without problems.

So, I want to fully delete it and reinstall.

I tried this section in help:

But no result.

I want to see these icons sorting as we see at first start (do you remember they showing one after one then FCPX starts).

Finally, i solved this problem! (After more than 2 weeks of non-working FCPX!!!).

1) I deleted /Users/myuser/Movies/Final Cut Backup folder.
2) You need this utility FCS REMOVER: you can download it here for free!
But I tried to check Final Cut Pro X then tried to reinstall and nothing happends.
Today I tried to check all apps (even if they are not installed):

Then restart Mac OS X (FCS Remover asks you itself).
3) Reinstall FCPX and it shows startup screen! Everything working now as clean install.


This software looks very old and I thought it would not work for me. But it works for OS X Mojave 10.14.5 and FCPX 10.4.6 (both the latest versions for May 12, 2019).
