Final Cut Pro X crash with FxFactory

Hi, excuse my English.

I have a fully functional machine with Mountain Lion 10.8.2,
everything works with acceleration QE / CI and OpenCL enabled.
But Final Cut Pro X (10.0.7 or 10.0.6): CRASH with plugin FxFactory Pro (4.0.1) while viewing the preview effect.

Everything works fine if delete:
* / Library / Frameworks / NIKit.framework
that allows only plugin Noiseindustries

I've tried everything
- new user
- clean install on new disk
- FxFactory versions below 4.0 - 3.06 - 3.05

result: always crash

What can I do.

I have the same config 10.8.2 and final cut pro X 10.0.7, i have also crash's, i get better result with the previous release of factory, i try today the 4.02 and test, let's see.

I have also rush's video on a Raid created with diskutility, i go also for a test without raid, i have a bad feeling with the soft raid.

What is your install motherboard ?

My motherboard is GIGABYTE H55M-D2H, everything else works fine with 10.8.2 and nvidia 304.00.05f02.

I think that the problem is NIKit.framework.
I have also tried FxFactory 4.0.2, but it is the same thing.

i install FxFactory 4.0.2 and activation with serial. works properly, but when i connect internet, fxfactory 4 runninig demo mode. when i reinstall then work but when connect internet then running trial mode. what can i use fxfaxtory ?

You should use Little snitch to block any FXFactory connection.
