Final Cut Pro 6 and Quicktime freezing

I built a Hackintosh about 1 year ago, everything was going great until today. I was exporting from Final Cut to Quicktime (no compressor) and it got about 30% complete and then froze.

I re-installed Final Cut 6 with same results. I duplicate the same file and sequence on a Macbook Pro with no problems.

Here is my system hardware with no substitutions from the list.

Could be a disk problem. (either reading the source files, or writing the output file)
