Hey gang,

I love this site and the information all bring to the table. I have learned a lot in my short stay here.

Just posting these specs to make sure all is well before I pull the trigger and begin to acquire parts.

I do want to have upwards expand-ability with this build (it is my first), using Mountain Lion for audio/video/photo editing and Win 7 for games.

Do you have a specific recommendation?

I looked at the Z77X-UD5H and some people have been saying it is unstable and freezes constantly. I'd like a nice board with good reviews all across. That's why I had the Z68, no one (on 3 different sites) had anything bad to say about it.

I want the best possible parts for this build so I am willing to spend a little and invest in a beauty machine.

Any recommendation would be helpful!
