FCPX Z370 8700K HD630+RX580 10.14.6

HI to all
I have a problem with FCP after update 10.14.6 , before I was on 10.14.4 and I use IntelGFX 0x59128086 and id-platform-id : 0x59120003 + bootflag -disablegfxfirmware and was work perfect.
after update I can not make HEVC work fine. wen I test with videoProc HEVC is take too much time and show 1080P not 4K.
can some one give me right config for it.
I use SMbios 18.3
wen I try to use SMbios 19.2 give me this ACPI problem.

Use a system definition that is supported by the OS version that you have installed.

I Update OSX from 14.4 to 14.6 2 days a go.. wen I Update I use SMBIOS 18.3, so I fix boot with -no_compat_check.
and boot on 19.1 / 19.2 but again no lick to fix HEVC.
I try many different option and hacktool but still no luck.
I have other machine Z390/9900K and it work with
SMbios 19.1
AAPL,ig-platform-id - 07009B3E
device-id - 9B3E0000
framebuffer-patch-enable - 01000000
and work great. wen LOAD GPU / Intel HD630 show 0 and Radeon are rendering.
but on other system Z370 / 8700K can not fix this.

anyone got success with 8700K and RX580 for FCPX with SMBIOS 19.1 or 19.2 ?
