fanless gpu card

Im looking for a silent gpu does anyone have a recommendation ?

You either need to get a low performing card like a GT 710 or you might consider removing the fan based cooling from your GTX 750 Ti and adding a silent cooling kit from Arctic.

the question is how the hell am i going to do that ? replacing the built in fan into something else ...

You can download and look at the instructions, also seek out some YouTube videos guides that show you how to remove and replace a cooler on a GPU.

A video like the following link will give you an overview on how to remove a GPU cooler and then re-install.

i must say that accelero heatsink looks really really nice and high level product

The Maxwell GTX 950, GTX 960, GTX 970, GTX 980, GTX 980Ti and Titan X all behave this way.

I tried using one of the GPU coolers from Arctic years ago. It was an Accelero-something (can't remember). It was a horrible product. The mounting mechanism and heatsink was cheap junk. My video card ran hotter with it and eventually died.

YMMV... This is just my opinion...
