OK. I took that approach and it replaced the 20mb installer with a 8.23gb installer (same size as the one I got from the gibos) but when I use Unibeast 10.1, I get the same error message. Log details here again:

- UniBeast choices Destination select: USB 30.7GB partition. MacOS: Catalina. Bootloader configuration: UEFI Boot mode. Graphics: None selected
- USB partition scheme, GPT or MBR and size of the destination partition. GUID partition table. Partition size 31.7gb

I note that having update SMBIOS with multibeast to 14.2 the about screen shows machine as imac (21.5 inch late 2013) but install log shows Nikins-Mac-Pro. I dont know if this is significant to cause this issue?
