Failed Unibeast 10.1.1 for Catalina install

Attempting to install downloaded Catalina via this method (https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/gibmacos-tutorial-how-to-download-macos-catalina.295248/ cannot download from mac app store as machine too old. Catalina download successfully present in applications folder) to USB using Unibeast for Catalina.

As requested:
  1. UniBeast version 10.1.1 Catalina
  2. UniBeast choices Destination select: USB 31.7GB partition. MacOS: Catalina. Bootloader configuration: UEFI Boot mode. Graphics: None selected
  3. USB partition scheme, GPT or MBR and size of the destination partition. GUID partition table. Partition size 31.7gb
  4. System specifics where UniBeast was run including hardware configuration and macOS version. OSX 10.10.5 Processor 3.5Ghz Intel core i3. 8gb ram. Intel HD Graphics 4600 1536mb. Mac Mini (mid 2011)
  5. Error message "Creation Failed. There was an error creating your UniBeast drive: Couldn't create USB installer"

This error is usually due to a USB port or drive issue.\

To validate your explanation, I have tried other ports and transfer files to the USB drive and it seems to work ok for file transfer. Could you advise on how to solve?
 
Hi macman, as per my earlier reply, I have different usb drives and ports. No luck. I don’t have another computer.
Please could you help?

I really wondering what's happening to them and with hackintosh scenario
