After succesfully installation of El Capitan I have checked my System.log today for error messages. I have found th I s strange messages at startup:
"name" not a kext
"FailedCLUT" not a kext
"FailedImage" not a kext

What does this mean?
I have no kernel panics, everything seems to work fine. Where does this messages come from?
I boot with latest Clover. I have kexts in 10.10 and 10.11 folders. That is FakeSMC, Apple 1000e Ethernet and realtek kexts.

I am also interested in what they are about. anyone please?

I just got the same thing, and I couldn't boot the mac os installer. I am assuming that it is not related based on what I am seeing.

I see the same thing, running macOS 10.12.6. Doesn't seem to be a problem, but I'm also curious what this means.

Get this in Mojave too, must be a standard thing maybe. Would be good to know exactly what it means however.
