Experiencing a buzz/static sound ALC892

Hi there, i'm experiencing a loud static sound in Catalina, it only occurs when there's no sound playing in the background or while is idle. My motherboard is an old AsRock Z68 that use Realtek ALC892, i have installed AppleALC.kext. I would appreciate any advice on how to fix it.

the source of the background noise could be come from the Power Supply Unit

I had the same issue, if it also occurs in windows it's probably because of the ground loop. I simply bought a Ground Loop Noise Isolator on amazon for <$10 and the problem was easily fixed.
