I just replaced my GPU with a EVGA GeForce GT 740 4 GIG. Everything works right out of the box. Except when I go to about this MAC it shows 0MB for the card. And when I go to the web drivers ECC it doesn't seem to recognize my card.

That's normal for that card (something to do with OS X not having a profile for it) but doesn't affect performance.

I actually got it to work by removing InjectNvidia. (I had it checked for my previous card.)

Its now showing everything correctly.

This just solved my problem with my gt 740 on el capitan of getting no signal after the computer finished booting up. I was about to remote into it and saw that my video memory was 0mb also. removed inject nvidia and now it boots perfectly. THANK YOU!
