Please, do you have any recommendation for an Ethernet PCI-E Gigabit Card fully compatible with El Capitan? Will be installed on a GA-Z87X-OC (LAN port is dead on this MB).

Sonnet network cards are "known to work" if they say Mac Compatible. I notice the link you posted the specs say El Capitan compatible, so they have updated the firmware for 10.11. You should be OK.

Have you thought about one of these instead?

http://www.sonnettech.com/product/prestogigpciepro.html works OOB but is more pricey than a usb3 ethernet adapter for sure, but it does support jumbo frames, which didnt work with my onboard, wonder if it works on the usb3 adapters?

How about TP Link TG 3269 ( normal PCI not PCI Express) cost around 10-15 USA
I used in my build running 10.10.5

use multibeast and select Realteck appleRTLEthernet 2.0.6
it works fine
