So i used the official tonymacx86 to install High Sierra using unibeast then multibeast after installation for drivers. I installed the realtek ones for networking but they still did not give me my ethernet connection.
CPU: i5 4590
Motherboard: MSI H81M-P33
RAM: 6GB kingston DDR3 - 1600

EDIT: I downloaded this Realtek Kext, it works for a variety of REALTEK BOARDS https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Realtek-Network. Then downloaded KextBeast from tonymax86 then installed the kext by following the instructions on kextbeast.

Try to install the kext manually :

Remove any previous failed attempts from /Library/Extensions and /System/Library/Extensions.

Open Finder and browse to /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/ then delete these two files :
  • NetworkInterfaces.plist
  • preferences.plist

Download this kext and put it on your desktop.
Download and run KextBeast selecting /Library/Extensions as the location.

In Terminal :
Code:
sudo kextcache -i /
Press return, type your password (it will not show on screen), press return again and when the command has completed, restart.
