Ethernet is present, but internet not working

Hello, All!
I have installed macOS Sierra on my computer, but after that i have faced with trouble, In system preference, in network, I see green circle and text "connected" but I can not open any web-page in browser, I have tried to ping site, but
When I have entered command: ping somewebpagename.com - I see error : can not resolve.
When I enter : ping IP.Addres - Then Just 100 % packet loss.
Motherboard is gigabyte h110m-s2v, network card is internal.
