Ethernet Intel i219-V speed

Hi,
i have a hackintosh with the MB Gigabyte GA-Z170X-UD5 TH that use the Intel i219-V

I have notice that the transfer rate on my network is very slow from/to my hackintosh... With my iMac Mid 2011 the copy of file on the other machines are about 90-100 MB/s now on the mackintosh the copy is about 35-40 MB/s... All my net is Gigabit

There are some settings on the BIOS that I ignore?

Few quick questions:

* What driver did you use?
* What graphics card? (This is more on a personal fact finding mission)
* SMBIOS, etc etc
