before upgrading to different versions of macOS, then updating clover and kexts is the first thing to do (and make backups)

you may need to wipe and resintall and start again with your current usb installer if you are unable to update your clover properly

Had to reinstall High Sierra, fix the folder directory in CLOVER by removing driver64UEFI folder and adding drivers/UEFI folder to bypass the error.
