Error on booting installation of hackintosh

Hi, my laptop has an i7-8750H so I followed this guide(here) and it says that for this CPU(Cofee Lake), he High Sierra should be the one I should install.
Did all the steps and when I was booting the installer got this error:_

This version of Mac OS X is not supported on this platform!

Reason: Mac- 937A2086F2EE63C01



I might try to do everything from scratch but with a more old version, but I would like to know your opinions.
