"Error loading operating system" on USB boot.

Hi everyone. I just finished my build and I'm getting the error listed in the title. I fixed all of the relevant motherboard settings for my board and I'm kind of stuck. The only settings I couldn't find were "OS Type" and "XHCI Handoff". I'm not sure if these are important. I also haven't tried a different USB port. Another possible cause could be my boot usb, it was originally formatted as MBR. I haven't switched it to GUID yet but again, I'm not sure if this is important or not. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm running:

i-5 6500
750 ti SC
MSI H170i pro ac board.

@Kineticcz, please update your profile (personal details) with your build (Motherboard, CPU and Graphics Card).

Profiles need to contain at least your primary system to assist others with helping you.

Do you think that is the direct problem causing this error?
