Error installing an app?

I have this app in my MBP running OSX10.13.5 and my Hackintosh is 10.13.6 although I get the message the app cannot be installed in my hack since OS version is lower than 10.14 (but as I said, the app states it can be installed on OSX10.11+


Is that something related to being a hackintosh or it may be something else?

<edit: This is the first time since I have this setup that I encounter such problem. (I don't plan to upgrade for hardware reasons).>
