Is this a new installation, or has the machine been running okay previously?

1) If a new installation, how did you install macOS?

2) If previously running okay, let us know what version of macOS you are running and what you were doing when this happened.

Okay...

Clover does not install macOS. It configures your PC to boot the operating system later.

How did you install High Sierra in the first place?
