Error message: Error creating UniBeast(9.2): Couldn't create USB Installer

I have been trying to do a clean install of Mojave for over a week. I have created Multiple UniBeast disk on the home system (above) and my work iMac 18,2 with Catalina.
The install fails after the first restart, failed to validate root image against chunklist (22). See my post in Mojave Desktop Support.

Pictures from where data was collected below.

UniBeast.log is pretty basic. Install.log - Best I can tell UniBeast never starts the Clover install.

What do I try next?

The type of error is typical with a copy failure due to a bad USB stick or port.

I've never tested UniBeast 9.2 on Catalina and don't have any systems running Catalina yet.

I switched to a Kensington 16GB USB2 thumb drive and that work.
All always thanks for your help and work here. This LiLu stuff looks very promising.
