Error - Couldn't install Bootloader

I've been having a hell of a time installing "El Crap o ton" I've been fighting with the Essentials.pkg issue.

Latest fun, is UniBeast not being able to create a install drive.

See below for the log file. I've included a few of the last failed attempts at making the installer.

I tried to mount the EFI partition and got this:

I checked the console, it did repeat the last error twice.

If you couldn't mount the EFI partition, why do you think Clover could be installed?

Well Mr. Obvious - what could UniBeast (or the OS) be doing to the disk that would lock/damage it? I posted it because you should be able to mount the disk after erasing the creating the HFS+ partition.
