Do not worry. In the guide you speak to use BCM theme.
Now it's now small file with no themes.

EmuVariableUefi-64.efi not typically used/needed with AptioMemoryFix-64.efi.
(actually not typically needed with your hardware in any case).
And you should try OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi instead of AptioMemoryFix-64.efi (AptioMemoryFix-64.efi works best with newer hardware).
config.plist/SMBIOS/Trust=true is missing.
Best that you specify *only* the customized data (eg. just serial#s) in config.plist/SMBIOS and leave the rest to Clover defaults.

This solved the initial problem. Thank you!

Now open the system without panic. However disassembled units (HDMI, 1 USB, WIFI, Bluetouth).

Start to install the WMM94352 Wifi drives, working fine with FakePCIID.kext and FakePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi.kext.

However, the Bluetooth injection method (BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext
and BrcmPatchRAM2.kext) trigger the old panic in the system.

FakePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi.kext not needed. Use only AirportBrcmFixup.kext.

Your kextcache shows serious problems you must fix.

Quite a mess you made.
Run the macOS installer to restore your system files to those provided by Apple.

New Mojave. Improved resolution, before hd 4000 was 512MB, now 1536MB. However, the gt740m chart is posted to the system, even with nv_disble = 1.

Wifi BCM94352 works fine, but bluetouth did not work even using BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext and
BrcmPatchRAM2.kext as indicated at https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/broadcom-wifi-bluetooth-guide.242423/.

Still does not work: ALC270, HDMI, a USB port, FN buttons, webcan, battery.

Can I try to insert files from the old clover where everything worked (but with problems in kextcache) or use something from there could cause problems?

Please do not give up on me. Already use 5 days of 15 days of annual rest, 100% dedicated to this, night and day.

USB configuration issue.

No need to include that file in ACPI/patched. So why are you trying to compile it?

Note: The error you have has nothing to do with refs.txt.

Then explain the method of extraction.
I followed a description of the guide:
Sometimes, Clover F4 will write duplicate SSDTs. These duplicates will cause problems during disassembly. If you run into issues (duplicate definitions) during disassembly, you will need to analyse all SSDTs to eliminate the files which are duplicate. It is easy to see which are duplicates by looking at the file sizes. Files with equal size are likely duplicates.

How many more should I remove?
