could you tell me how to do it, I downloaded hackintool I went on the usb tab and I selected all the usb and deleted, then how do I go forward?

The Hackintool website (https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/release-hackintool-v1-8-2.254559/) has a guide under USB Port Patching. Read through that, and you'll get all the instructions you need
Once you finish deleting all the USBs you don't need, press the Export button to create a .kext file to put inside of EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other

Thanks a lot it works, but I noticed another problem, the audio does not work after the stop I have to restart to make it work.

I have attached my EFI. If you have a backup ready you could maybe try booting with it, however I think it's best to look at the settings and see if you can make something work.

Holy moly! Finally received my Samsung EVO 970 and found some time to work a bit on my Hackintosh. After a few troubles, I finally installed Mojave successfully with your EFI folder! Though I was getting horrible display glitches until I set the SMBIOS to iMac18,1 (I think it was not set in your config). My 27" 4K monitor even works with proper scaling over DP along my 21.5" 1080p monitor so that’s really great!

Now it seems most of my USB3 ports doesn’t work so I need to check that (it seems Hackintool is a way to do it).

I have an Asrock Fatal1ty Z370 Gaming ITX/AC and I have it working pretty solidly except that my computer wakes from sleep due to XDCI. Bluetooth and Wifi work with no issues for me. My Mighty Mouse stutters if I connect to my 2G network but on 5G it works nicely.

I'll post for you all if it helps. Looking at it, it's pretty similar to the others posted except I have my bluetooth on port HS14 where others seem to have it on HS13. Works for me though...


erik, how is your computer when it goes to sleep? Does it wake automatically once the fans shut down and keep powering on and sleeping in a vicious cycle?

This is a persistent problem for me, and there seems to be no solution. If I leave my case cover off, my BT works fine. But, as soon as I put it back on, BT becomes flaky, and my Magic Mouse is useless. Really frustrating.

Well, I just tried out an Apple Magic Mouse 2, and it works perfect with my hackintosh. It must be that the Magic Mouse 1 doesn't do so well with this build using the Broadcom wif/BT card.

Now, if I can only get sleep to work...

Hi! I have a question. I have this build : ASRock Z370M itx + i7-8700 + Vega 56.
When I start my computer, the system will shutdown after 5/10 seconds to reboot normally and display the BIOS / Clover and macOS. I don't know why. It will do this as well when I reboot in macOS.
Maybe its normal, and it come from the motherboard. So, if it is, I suppose you have it as well. Can you tell me what is going on with your stuff?

Take a look at the Hackintool guide for injecting the proper USBs: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/release-hackintool-v2-1-9.254559/
You can also look at this: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-creating-a-custom-ssdt-for-usbinjectall-kext.211311/, though it's more complicated, it's somewhat what's going on when you use Hackintool.

Remember you have a port limit of 15 in Mojave (has anyone passed this limit?), and a USB 3.0 port on your computer counts as two ports in the OS (a USB 2 and a USB 3), so choose your ports wisely!
