Recently I am trying to build a 10.15 hackintosh on HUAWEI matebook x with a MacOS 10.15.2 USB3.0 as the install drive, but I cannot pass the error of USB-Identifier(non-unique) and after a few seconds it becomes still waiting for root device. I have tried several boot arguments (-f kept-dev-mode=1), but they don’t work. Btw there is no AHCI option in this laptop's BIOS, so I am wondering if the problem is to do with that. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you very much.

have a search for "still waiting for root device"

Thanks for replying. I searched and it reveals that my usb is usb3 and I don’t have usb2 hubs. Is it possible to let the laptop recognize them without buying new usbs or hubs?

no

make sure to use a usb2.0 stick, try all usb ports on laptop (even usb3.0 ports)

I have tried all ports, but it is still not working. So do I have to change to an usb2 drive? Btw can you help me to check my EFI?

no need for patched files to reach the installer although SSDT-EC maybe required

too many kexts in clover/kexts/other, some have been depreciated as well

you only need a few basic ones to reach the installer
