What do you mean by "activate UEFI"? What version of MacOS are you using or trying to use?

I am in version 10.12.6, I am in legacy, I would like to use UEFI mode but I can not activate this option in Bios, can you tell me if my motherboard has support? for UEFI

Go to the Asus support page and look to see if there is a UEFI option to download in the BIOS and Firmware section.
