enable i5 2500K turbo

Hi I have a 2500K and turbo boost isn't working. I have tested it with several different apps and found that it doesn't go above 3.3Ghz. Turbo boost is turned on in my BIOS but it won't work. I have tried different system definitions but it still is the same. My current system definition is Mac Pro 3,1.

Did you run multi beast, and under misc install the SpeedStep option? If not try that. My i5 turbos fine, my readout for vcore is just reading out much higher and I don't know why.

I tried the speedster option in multi beast but nothing changed. Do You have any other ideas? How did you get yours working?

What board do you have? It may be that you don't have a DSDT. I know I have a UD3H -B3 and that I used the custom DSDT tonymac supplies. That may be it (can't say for sure).

I have an Intel DZ68DB. I don't have a DSDT I can find. I need to find a way to make turbo boost work without a DSDT.
