Enable Ati Radeon HD7450 HP Elite 8300 SFF

Hi Everyone,

This is my first hackintosh build and I am very happy to join this community.
My HP Elite 8300 SFF has this configuration:

i5-3470
8GB 1600 Mhz
Ati Radeon HD7450 1GB ( DP, DVI )
SSD 250GB Samsung Evo
Philips 243v connected via HDMI/DVI adapter.



Yesterday I successfully installed 10.14 Mojave (Clover) but since that I have this problem: I can not change the resolution (stuck at 1024x768) and display has only 7MB. Also in the system configuration is not shown.
I searched in the forum and I discover 10.14 support only Pascal card based and I have not this model.

So I downgraded to 10.13. (Clover) following the guide but the problem is not solved. After login I have the same graphics issue when you boot in safe mode and with Safari open, the colours are following the mouse cursor.

I looked on this guide https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/radeon-compatibility-guide-ati-amd-graphics-cards.171291/ but I can not find my model, so I do not know which AMDcontroller.kext use.
I have also looked this https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-enabling-ati-radeon-hd-5450.180817/ and this https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/amd-radeon-hd-7xxx-graphics-support-in-os-x-10-8-3.93318/ but I do not find any useful information.

I attached the screenshot ( those are for 10.13 but this is same also in 10.14 )

What I am missing?

******Update******

Since 2 days Clover configurator can not find the config.plist. I create a folder in /Documents/ and I copied everything in. Same issue.
Also is asking to mount the EFI partition to find the config.plist. I tried to mount the partition with Clover but failed.
With terminal I tried everything but the issue remain.

How a partition can corrupt in less than a week? What could be the solution?
